Bob - Executive Director

Bob has a wonderful Christian heritage. His grandfather started Sunday Schools on the prairies of Wyoming. He and his dad built a Community Church on the ranch where he was raised. It was in that little church at the age of 22 that he knelt at the little hand made alter bench and surrendered his life to Jesus.  He has served churches in various lay capacities including 20 years at First Christian Church in Sheridan, WY, and 15 years at Rimrock Church at Rapid City, SD.

Bob graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in Ag-Business.  He started his business career managing a ranch in Wyoming.  Then he spent 20 years in banking and financial planning, and then got into the restaurant scene — owning and managing several food businesses.

Betty, Bob’s wife of 45 years, is an outstanding cook, an has an outstanding gift of hospitality and service.  After following Betty’s directions in the kitchen over the years, Bob has become quite the gourmet himself.    They have two grown children and three grand children. 

Bob loves the great outdoors, hunting and fishing, riding horses, working with livestock and cooking.
